Lectio Divina has been one of the longest lasting ways to have a devotional time with God. For over 1500 years our church Fathers and Mothers have been connecting with God through the simple yet profound steps of Lector Divina. Lectio is not designed for you to just read the word of God, but for the word of God to read you. Lectio is a unique devotional because it starts with silence and ends with contemplation. Our culture does not know how to stop and rest in Gods presence. So Lectio offers a pathway to experience the rest, direction love and grace of God in a deeply personal way.

“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” - Hebrews 4:12
